Lead the resolution of project-related technical, budget, and schedule conflicts between consultants, construction manager/general contractor and internal stakeholders such that the project meets or exceed all project goals/commitments. 13. For Projects above $4MM, complete formal monthly project reports for each project that summarize the status of the project including, but not limited to; pending claims, safety, EEO participation, budget and schedule status, contingency expenditures, key issues and their planned resolutions, and any delays pending or approved. 14. Lead the quality control, commissioning, and closeout/turnover process at completion, and assure that all required documentation is received prior to release of final payment. Monitor and lead resolution of all warranty issues for the full warranty period and beyond as necessary. 15. Oversee the move-coordination process with the end-user. 16. With the assistance of the Contracts Administration Department, create and issue purchase orders, contracts, change orders and other associated project documentation.
