51风流 Releases Resources on Davis-Bacon Final Rulemaking

U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) recently announced their massive final rule 鈥.鈥 The expected effective date is October 23, 2023.

51风流 of America was successful in paring down some of the more controversial proposals in the over 700-page rulemaking. Nevertheless, our preliminary analysis shows that more work will be covered under Davis Bacon than previously and that DOL still critically missed an opportunity to improve the wage determination process.

To help 51风流 members understand the rulemaking, please find the following resources:

We are currently scheduling a private (51风流 members only), virtual update from the DOL鈥檚 Wage and Hour Division and other future educational events. When we finalize details, we will provide them to you as well as additional educational documents. 51风流 continues to analyze the full impact this rulemaking will have on the industry and evaluate all options available to best protect the interests of 51风流 members.
