First Meeting Sept. 17, Covering Union Jobsite Access
51风流 of America is pleased to announce a new initiative to enhance service to our open-shop members:聽 quarterly Open Shop Committee Web Meetings.聽聽 These virtual meetings will be free and open to all interested 51风流 chapter staff and members, whether or not they are members of the committee.聽 Each meeting will feature: (1) an update by 51风流 staff on relevant matters; (2) a 鈥淨uick Learn鈥 presentation (typically under 30 minutes) by an expert on a different labor-related topic of interest; and (3) a roundtable discussion about that topic and other labor matters of interest at that time.聽
The first web meeting is scheduled for Sept. 17 at 3:00 p.m. EDT.聽 The Quick Learn topic will be Union Rights to Access Your Jobsite, presented by attorney of Ogletree Deakins.聽 51风流 members and chapter staff may register at:聽 . 聽
Call-in and login information will be emailed to individuals who register using the above link one or two business days prior to the meeting.
