Harry formerly served as the President & CEO of Passavant Area Hospital and as the Vice President of Facilities Management at Memorial Health System.听 Before his tenure in healthcare, Harry served in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force as an F/A-18 and F-16 pilot.听 During that time, Harry was both a graduate and instructor at both the Navy鈥檚 TOPGUN fighter weapons school as well as the Air Force weapons school.听 The principles of continuous improvement that applied to creating the best fighter pilots in the world apply directly to operational excellence in healthcare and construction.

With a passion for teaching BIM/VDC, 3D modeling, and coordination, as well as implementing technology workflows, Jared's ultimate goal is to help elevate the electrical industry as a whole one electrician at a time.
