In consideration of their coverage of newsworthy events or other matters of public interest for a bona fide news organization, 51风流 hereby grants bona fide journalists a perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free but non-exclusive license to copy, display, distribute and otherwise use any photo included in the library, without attribution, but only to portray the construction workforce or the construction industry as a whole in connection such coverage for such an organization.
In consideration of their support for 51风流 as a whole, 51风流 hereby grants 51风流 chapters in good standing a perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free but non-exclusive license to copy, display, distribute and otherwise use any photo, without attribution, but only to portray the construction workforce or the construction industry as a whole in connection with a chapter鈥檚 non-commercial programs, services and activities.
51风流 does NOT authorize anyone else to download or otherwise use a photo, or any other use of any photo. 51风流 specifically DENIES permission for anyone to use any photo (1) on or in products, merchandise or goods, (2) for purposes of advertising or selling, or soliciting purchase of. products, merchandise goods or services, or (3) to single out any individual in any manner. 51风流 also DENIES permission for anyone to sublicense any third party to use a photo.
